Shipping and Refund Policy
WHERE DO YOU SHIP?
Due to the short shipping window required to keep our products fresh, we are currently only able to ship to the contiguous United States and Canada.
Any order placed that cannot be delivered within 1-3 days will be cancelled and a refund issued.

Deliveries to apartments require a buzzer number along with your order. Couriers will not leave packages outside apartment buildings and need a buzzer number to enter and drop-off at your door.
Deliveries to houses will be left at the front door even if you are not home for your delivery - no signature required!
Upon receipt of your order, please place it immediately into the freezer. Please ensure that someone will be able to receive your order the day it arrives. You will receive a tracking number and shipping updates from the courier.
Real Sips reserves the right to deny shipment to specific locations. You will be notified should this rare situation occur.
Real Sips require prompt freezing after receipt, and for this reason we do not ship to PO boxes.
HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?
Your order will be delivered with 1-3 business days. Delivery time depends on location, transport delays, and weather. Please note, orders are shipped only on Mondays and Tuesdays to ensure delivery within 3 days. If the order is placed before 5pm on Saturday, the order will be shipped the following Monday or Tuesday.
All ordered Real Sips will arrive in a single package. In rare situations, a second package may be shipped when add-on products (e.g., water bottles, tumblers) are ordered.
DELIVERY ADDRESS ACCURACY
To ensure prompt delivery, please provide a complete street address with a postal code, apartment number, and buzzer code (if relevant) along with your phone number and email address. Real Sips does not take any responsibility for packages that might be misdirected, delayed, or lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address or delays due to missing buzzer codes. We are also not responsible for additional shipping charges that result from an inaccurate or incomplete address. Although it is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate shipping information, we will do our best to contact you if a problem with a shipping address occurs.
CANCELLATION / ORDER SUBSTITUTIONS
All cancellations, order substitutions or adjustments must be made at least 72 hours prior to your anticipated shipping date. This is to give our team enough time to make the necessary changes to your order before it is picked and packed and sent out to the courier. If changes are not submitted to our team before this time, your order will be shipped as originally requested. Real Sips is not responsible for orders that are delivered unexpectedly or without substitutions. Although it is the customer’s responsibility to provide timely notice of any changes, we will do our best to accommodate requests within our control.
RETURNS and REFUNDS
If your shipment is lost, damaged or incomplete upon delivery please contact us immediately. Include photos of your shipment & products, your courier tracking number, your Real Sips order number, and a description of your situation. We will evaluate your request, if it is determined negligence occurred on the part of our team, we will either resend or issue a refund for the missing or damaged products. Our team will respond to your request as quickly as we can.
Because our Real Sips are perishable, we cannot accept 'change of mind' returns.
Refund requests will only be accepted if there is evidence our team was negligent in fulfilling your order. Your refund request must be sent within 48 hours of receiving your order.
If granted, you will receive a confirmation email. You can expect a refund within 3 business days, or a replacement of Real Sips within 5 business days after we grant your request.
If you receive a package that has been opened, please do not accept it, and please dispose of the product.
